Good to know
Watch servicing in Singapore, explained.
How often does a watch need servicing? A mechanical or automatic watch benefits from a full service every four to five years. Singapore's humidity is hard on gaskets and lubricants, so we inspect seals more often than a watchmaker in a dry climate would.
Is a watch battery replacement really a five-minute job? Fitting the cell is. Doing it without scratching the case back, renewing the gasket and pressure-testing afterwards is what separates a proper battery change from the one that lets moisture in three months later.
Do you service luxury watches? Yes — Rolex, Omega, Cartier, IWC, Tudor, Grand Seiko, Longines and more, alongside everyday Seiko, Citizen and Casio. We are an independent workshop, not an authorised service centre, which usually means shorter waits and clearer pricing.
What does it cost? Prices above are honest starting points. The final figure comes from your written estimate after a free bench assessment — and it never moves without your approval. Call +65 6221 4890 or WhatsApp us a photo of your watch to start.
